Antique indian carved box chest.solid wood.jewelry storage,jewellery box. This box is circa 1900.
With carved decoration. Repaired and restored I also found a key for it so it locks and the lock is in full working order now!
It's intricately carved and painted in damask pink with dark pink and rose gold and silver highlighting the carving through out.
I have also added swarovski crystal to the flowers to add that extra bit of sparkle and this can be seen inthe photos.
When opened the lid lifts to reveal lush crushed velvet in a deep pink rose red colour, padded and finished with damask pink twisted silk cord.
Fully lacquered and waxed.
